Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the business relationship. This includes brand strategy, pricing, analytics, and proprietary data.
8. No Guarantees
While Configerz strives to deliver exceptional results, we do not guarantee specific growth metrics, earnings, sales, or performance outcomes.
9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, CRM tools). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, bans, or damages caused by such platforms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the agreed contract terms. Outstanding payments must be settled immediately.
11. Limitation of Liability
Configerz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Configerz harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.
13. Modifications
